Dr Tania Gomez Borraz and Dr Tymon Herzyk presented their research findings at the 5th International Conference on Biogas Microbiology (ICBM-5), held in Galway, Ireland. This international event brought together leading experts from academia and industry to explore current and emerging trends in anaerobic digestion, as well as biogas production and valorisation.

With around 150 participants from across the globe, the conference featured a dynamic programme of keynote lectures, oral presentations, and posters.

In addition to presenting his work, Dr Tymon Herzyk also served as Session Co-Chair for one of the oral presentation sessions.
