On 28th June 2023, Dr Pritam Das attended the Young Professionals in Renewables reception event at Platform, Glasgow.  The event brought together young professionals working in Scotland across the renewable energy industry/academia and speakers who are focused on ensuring that diversity and inclusion are kept at the top of the agenda. Technological advances not only support renewable energy growth, which is evolving rapidly, but also the policies and procedures that underpin every part of project development.

During the event, Pritam had the opportunity to discuss the Decentralised Water Technologies project and how he plans to implement visible light as renewable energy in the water treatment sector.
